Shirou Emiya finds himself in another world after sacrificing himself to save Fujimaru, in a world of gods and monsters. On the verge of death, he saves a young girl, before succumbing to his wounds, thankfully, the young girl just may end up being Shirou's salvation, in more ways than one.
Shirou lands outside of an abbey, heavily injured and on deaths door. Luckily a holy maiden was nearby. After recovering, the pair end up saving a girl with cat ears from devils.
